Adult ad networks compared: where to buy adult traffic

Adult traffic is sold in three units: a view or click on an adult website, a post in someone else’s Telegram channel, or a member who joins yours. Here is who sells which, and when we are the wrong choice.

We sell one of the options on this page: members for adult Telegram channels. Everything it says about other companies comes from their own public pages, read on 3 October 2026 and linked at the bottom. We do not quote their prices, which change, and we do not rank them: which venue is right depends on where you want the person to end up, so that is where the page starts.

Why the unit you pay for matters more than the network

Adult traffic is sold in three different units, and most disappointment with a traffic source comes from buying one unit while needing another.

Impressions and clicks are what ad networks sell. You pay before anyone has done anything, and everything that happens after the click is your job: the landing page, the offer, and, if the goal is Telegram, getting the visitor to open the app and tap Join. Every step loses people, so your real cost per member is what you spent divided by the people who actually joined.

Posts in other channels are what Telegram marketplaces and channel admins sell. You pay for one placement in front of someone else’s audience; how many join depends on that audience and on the post.

Members are what we sell. What you pay for is a person in your channel, not an impression or a click, and people who leave during delivery are replaced until the net number you bought is there. It is the narrowest of the three units, and the only one that is useless for a website.

Adult ad networks: traffic from adult websites

These sell impressions and clicks on adult websites. None of the nine says anything about Telegram links as a destination, either way: their rules are written for web landing pages.

TrafficJunky

The ad network of the Pornhub group (Pornhub, YouPorn, RedTube and Tube8), operated by Aylo Freesites Ltd. Prepaid CPM only, no CPC, with a Bidder that aims at a target CPA, targeting down to keywords from video tags and searches, and a DSP and OpenRTB exchange. By its own figures, about 150 million visitors and 4.6 billion impressions a day. TrafficJunky compared with TeleBoost.

ExoClick

A Barcelona ad network and exchange founded in 2006, part of EXOGROUP. More than twenty formats across some 65,000 publisher platforms, priced on CPM, CPC, CPV or Smart Bid toward a target CPA or ROAS, bought self-serve, managed or programmatically. Every campaign is checked by hand before launch. ExoClick compared with TeleBoost.

TrafficStars

A Cypriot network and exchange founded in 2014 that presents itself as adult-first; FAQ articles dated 2023 call xHamster its largest exclusive source. CPM, CPC, or CPA after a paid test, an Optimizer and Spot AI to prune spots, and detailed device and audience targeting. TrafficStars compared with TeleBoost.

JuicyAds

A Canadian self-serve adult network live since 2006: banners, pops, interstitials, native and navigation tabs on CPC or CPM, plus flat-rate direct buys of a single site’s ad zone for 7, 14 or 30 days. JuicyAds compared with TeleBoost.

TwinRed

An adult-only ad network and exchange operated by AdSupply, with every traffic source disclosed in the dashboard. Fixed or dynamic CPM, CPC on some formats, OpenRTB and XML access, a person reviewing every ad, pixel retargeting. TwinRed compared with TeleBoost.

Adnium

An Ontario network that bills on CPM only, with smart bidding, per-zone bids, fixed deals and flash sales, including members-area placements. It says it serves more than a billion impressions a day, and that it does not offer retargeting. Adnium compared with TeleBoost.

Traffic Factory

A Prague self-serve RTB network selling CPC and CPM traffic, mostly mobile. Its rules list OnlyFans products as not accepted, alongside escorts, tube sites and deepfakes, and its site’s copyright line stops at 2021. Traffic Factory compared with TeleBoost.

PlugRush

A Norwegian self-serve network for adult and mainstream push, pop, banner and native clicks on CPC, with automated rules, S2S postback, pixel retargeting and campaign review usually within an hour. PlugRush compared with TeleBoost.

EroAdvertising

A Portugal-based network founded in 2006 that sells adult and mainstream banners, pops, interstitials, native, push, in-video and redirect ads on CPC or a dynamic CPM, plus exclusive spots on named sites. It says it delivers more than 30 billion ad views a month; its guidelines require 2257-compliant landing pages and keep adult mobile pops from going straight to an app store.

Popunder and push networks

Cheaper, broader traffic with less say over where the ad appears. Adult rules differ most in this group: one network documents Telegram links as a destination, another bans adult outright.

HilltopAds

A UK network launched in 2013, with a separate non-mainstream channel for 18+ offers on popunder, in-page, banner and video. It is the only network we read that says in writing you may send its traffic straight to a Telegram channel or bot, with popunder as the recommended format. HilltopAds compared with TeleBoost.

Clickadu

A Czech network selling popunders, push, banners, video, instant messages and Skim on CPM, CPC, SmartCPM or SmartCPA. Adult offers run on a separate non-mainstream feed, with dating and webcams as its examples; its rules say nothing about Telegram destinations. Clickadu compared with TeleBoost.

PopAds

A popunder specialist where you set the bid, with withdrawable balances and PrimeSpot bidding. Its rules live mostly in its API reference, where each campaign declares whether its landing page is adult; its own pages disagree on who owns it. PopAds compared with TeleBoost.

Adsterra

A large network for mainstream advertisers, with popunders, Social Bar, native and banners on CPM, CPC or CPA. Its terms for advertisers ban pornography and adult or mature content, so it is not an option for adult offers. Adsterra compared with TeleBoost.

Inside Telegram

Ways to reach people who are already on Telegram. The official route is closed to adult, the marketplaces restrict it, and what remains is dealing with admins directly or buying members.

Telegram Ads

Telegram’s own sponsored messages, sold by CPM auction in public channels with at least 1,000 subscribers. Closed to adult: its guidelines ban ads that promote sexual content, products or services, dating included, and the rule covers the promoted channel. Telegram Ads compared with TeleBoost.

Telega.io

A Dubai-based marketplace listing more than 8,000 channels, where you buy single posts from admins with the payment held in escrow until the post is checked. Its terms list adult services among the topics it will not promote. Telega.io compared with TeleBoost.

EPICSTARS

An influencer marketplace for five networks including Telegram, paid per post or per action, with the payment frozen until delivery. Its customer agreement restricts erotic and pornographic content. EPICSTARS compared with TeleBoost.

Direct deals with adult channel admins

Many adult channels sell posts and shoutouts through their admins. There is no escrow and no verified statistics unless the admin shows them, so start small, ask for recent view counts, and give every placement its own invite link.

TeleBoost

Members delivered into your channel from adult channels we operate, through a shared chat folder. You pay per package for a net increase counted from your starting count, people who leave during delivery are replaced at our cost, and campaigns can be followed day by day on a public page. From €10 for 100 members; how it works.

Where TeleBoost fits, and where it does not

It fits when the thing you are building is an adult Telegram channel or group: a creator channel that funnels to paid content, an agency launching a channel per model, an 18+ community. You pay for people who are in the channel, not for clicks that may never get there.

It does not fit when the sale happens on a website. A paysite trial, a cam registration, a dating or CPA offer: for those, buy web traffic from an ad network and send it straight to the page that converts. It does not fit if you need a specific country either, because no one can verify a Telegram user's country, and it is not a promise of buyers: members are an audience, and what they spend depends on what you post.

How to test any source for the price of a dinner

  1. One named invite link per source. In your channel: profile, Edit, Invite Links, create a link and name it. Telegram lets admins see who joined through each one.
  2. Small, equal budgets. Enough for a few hundred joins per source, not more. A source that cannot produce joins at a small budget will not produce them at a big one.
  3. Cost per join, never cost per click. Divide each source’s spend by the joins on its link. Clicks and impressions are the seller’s numbers; joins are yours.
  4. Look again after seven days. Who is still there, and are they opening your posts? A channel full of members and empty of views is the most common thing money buys in this market.

Our public counter at /live/ shows 96,049 net members delivered since 16 June 2026, and 35 completed campaigns. Getting there took 329,280 joins, because most people who join during delivery leave again within days: that replacement is the part we pay for, and the reason we never quote the bigger number as if it were the result (read on 3 October 2026).

Questions
What is an adult ad network?

A company that sells advertising space on adult websites, such as tube sites, cam sites and forums, to advertisers who pay per impression or per click. Most run a self-serve dashboard where you upload creatives, choose formats and targeting, and send conversions back to optimise.

Which adult ad network is the biggest?

Every network publishes its own traffic figures, counted its own way, and some publish different figures on different pages, so the numbers do not line up. Choose on the inventory you want, the formats you need and the control you get over placements, then test small.

Can I send ad network traffic straight to a Telegram channel?

Of the thirteen networks we read, HilltopAds is the only one that says so in writing, with popunder as its recommended format. The other twelve do not mention Telegram links either way, so ask before you build a campaign on one, and expect to lose people between the click and the Join button.

Can adult channels use Telegram Ads?

No. Telegram’s ad guidelines do not allow ads that promote sexual content, products or services, dating included, and the rule covers the channel being promoted, not only the ad text.

Is buying Telegram members the same as buying traffic?

No. Traffic is people who saw or clicked an ad; members are people inside your channel. With traffic you still have to turn the visit into a join. With members the join has already happened, and what you watch next is how many stay and read.

How do I compare a traffic source with a members service?

On cost per member who is still there after a week. Give each source its own named invite link, divide what you spent by the joins it produced, and check your channel statistics seven days later.
