What it says about ExoClick comes from ExoClick’s own public pages, read on 3 October 2026 and listed at the bottom. We do not quote ExoClick’s prices: they change, and a stale figure would be our mistake, not theirs.
What ExoClick is
ExoClick, legally EXOCLICK, S.L. of Barcelona and part of EXOGROUP, was founded in 2006 and runs both an ad network and an ad exchange for what it calls the entertainment sector. By its own counts it serves between 12 and 20 billion ads a day, depending on which of its pages you read, across some 65,000 publisher platforms. You can buy self-serve, through its managed service, or programmatically.
The range is wide: in-page and classic push, native, full-page interstitials, outstream and in-stream video, popunders, display and sticky banners, email clicks and direct links. Pricing is CPM, smart CPM, CPC, CPV, or Smart Bid, which bids automatically toward a target CPA or return on ad spend. Accounts are prepaid and verified, and every campaign is checked by hand before it runs; its compliance team aims to review within about thirty minutes.
Where ExoClick is strong
- Breadth for testing. More than twenty formats on a very large publisher base make it a natural place to find out which format, country and offer work before you scale.
- Automation on your conversions. Smart Bid aims at a target CPA or ROAS, the Bidder adjusts per zone and blocks by browser, country, device, carrier, OS or site, and landing-page groups can be weighted by conversion rate.
- Fine targeting. Country and region, device, OS, language, browser, carrier, dayparting, keywords, IP ranges, proxy type, retargeting on conversion goals, even a visitor’s age-verification status.
- Safety tooling. Creatives and URLs are scanned for malvertising by AdSecure, and it works with AgeGO on age verification.
What changes when the destination is a Telegram channel
ExoClick’s guidelines describe what a landing page may not do: no backjacking or forced redirects, no misleading pages built to collect push subscriptions, 2257 compliance, and on popunders no products that send users to an app store or open an app without their permission. Messaging brands come up only as a labelling rule: URLs that imitate WhatsApp, Facebook or Snapchat are tagged so publishers can block them. Telegram as a destination is not mentioned either way, and the popunder rule is worded around automatic redirects without the user’s permission, so ask your account manager how a t.me campaign would be reviewed.
Whatever the review decides, the arithmetic stays the same: impressions and clicks are billed on ExoClick’s side, joins happen on Telegram’s side, and only the second number tells you what a member cost.

Compare them on cost without trusting either of us
Give every source its own named invite link: open your channel’s profile, then Edit, Invite Links, create a new link and name it after the source. Telegram lets admins see who joined through each link (Telegram’s own note on named links). Send ExoClick traffic through one of them and divide what you spent by the joins it produced. TeleBoost joins are counted by our bot from inside the channel, so the same division works for us.
Then look again a week later. The number that decides is not the join count but how many of those people are still there and opening your posts, and that you can read in your own channel statistics without asking either of us.
When to keep using ExoClick
Keep ExoClick for testing and scaling web offers. If you do not yet know which format or country converts for a paysite, a cam brand or a dating funnel, its breadth and bidding automation are what you want, and we offer neither.

Does ExoClick accept Telegram links as landing pages?
Its guidelines and help centre do not mention Telegram destinations either way. They ban forced redirects and, on popunders, products that open apps or app stores without the user’s permission, so ask your account manager how a t.me campaign would be reviewed.
How big is ExoClick?
By its own figures, 20 billion ads a day across 65,000 publisher platforms on its home page, and more than 12 billion daily impressions on its programmatic page. Every network counts its traffic its own way, so these numbers do not compare across networks.
Can TeleBoost replace ExoClick for an OnlyFans funnel?
Only for the Telegram part. If your funnel sends people from ads to a landing page and then to OnlyFans, that is web traffic. If it runs through a Telegram channel where you post previews and links, TeleBoost fills the channel.
