Does TrafficStars allow Telegram links as a destination?

Its guidelines and FAQ do not mention Telegram either way. They require landing pages that open in a new tab and match the ad, ask advertisers to send traffic directly to the offer, and reject sites that start calls or messages automatically, so ask its compliance team before using a t.me link.

Can I pay TrafficStars per Telegram join?

Only if your tracking can see the join. A join happens inside Telegram and reports nothing to a tracker by itself; turning joins into postbacks takes a bot in your channel and some engineering.

Does TeleBoost work on CPA?

No. You pay per package, and what a package buys is a net increase in members. What those members later buy is not part of the price.

What TrafficStars is

TrafficStars, legally Traffic Stars Ltd of Cyprus, was founded in 2014 and describes itself as a self-service ad network and exchange, with an RTB platform for DSPs and SSPs. Its pages give daily volumes between five and ten billion impressions depending on the page, and FAQ articles dated 2023 call xHamster its largest exclusive traffic source. Its product pages present it as an adult advertising network first, with webcams, dating, games, video on demand and betting among its top verticals.

Formats cover banners, native, pre-roll and slider video, classic and in-page push, full-page interstitials and popunders. You can buy on CPM, CPC, dynamic CPM, viewable CPM for native, or CPA after a paid test period; TrafficStars itself recommends CPM, because its auction runs on effective CPM. Every ad is approved by compliance, usually within an hour during business hours.

Where TrafficStars is strong

CPA as an option. After a paid test period a campaign can switch to paying per action, so the network carries more of the risk of a weak offer.
Optimisation tools. An Optimizer that blocks browsers, carriers, countries, creatives, devices, languages, OS, sites or spots by rule and adjusts bids, and Spot AI, which clones a campaign onto a whitelist of strong spots.
Detailed targeting. Country and region, device brand, model and price, OS, browser and language, connection, proxy, carrier and ISP, keywords, category, IP, schedule, frequency and pixel-based retargeting.
Stated fraud filtering. TrafficStars says it filters bot traffic in real time with anti-fraud technology, behavioural analytics and manual moderation.

What changes when the destination is a Telegram channel

TrafficStars’ guidelines require landing pages that open in a new tab and relate to the ad, and refuse destinations on a list of domain extensions and on free or shared hosting. Its FAQ lists redirection among rejection reasons, asking advertisers to send traffic directly to the offer, and rejects sites whose code starts calls or messages automatically. Messaging apps appear only as brands not to imitate. Telegram as a destination is not mentioned, so ask its compliance team before you build a campaign on a t.me link.

The route is the usual web one: the visitor sees a push, pop or video ad, clicks, lands, opens Telegram and taps Join. CPA buying helps only if the action you pay for is one your tracking can see, and a join inside Telegram reports nothing to a tracker by itself.

Compare them on cost without trusting either of us

Give every source its own named invite link: open your channel’s profile, then Edit, Invite Links, create a new link and name it after the source. Telegram lets admins see who joined through each link (Telegram’s own note on named links). Send TrafficStars traffic through one of them and divide what you spent by the joins it produced. TeleBoost joins are counted by our bot from inside the channel, so the same division works for us.

Then look again a week later. The number that decides is not the join count but how many of those people are still there and opening your posts, and that you can read in your own channel statistics without asking either of us.

When to keep using TrafficStars

Keep TrafficStars when your offer converts on the web and you want to buy on performance: a CPA campaign on adult traffic, with an optimiser pruning spots for you, is a strong setup for cams, dating and AI companion offers.

If the funnel runs through a Telegram channel, test it next to a small TeleBoost order and compare the cost per member still there a week later.
