Choose Adnium when
You buy on CPM and want per-zone bids, fixed deals or flash-sale packages for an offer that converts on a web page: dating, cams, member-area upsells.
Choose TeleBoost when
You want members in your adult Telegram channel and would rather pay per member who joined than per thousand impressions that may never reach Telegram.
This comparison is written by TeleBoost, which sells members for adult Telegram channels, so read it as one side of the table. What it says about Adnium comes from Adnium’s own public pages, read on 3 October 2026 and listed at the bottom. We do not quote Adnium’s prices: they change, and a stale figure would be our mistake, not theirs.
What Adnium is
Adnium is run by Braanch Interactive Inc., an Ontario company, and calls itself a next-generation ad network. Billing is CPM only, framed as paying for viewable impressions, with flat or smart bidding, custom bids per zone, fixed and direct deals, and flash sales: one-off discounted CPM packages with guaranteed delivery. It says it serves more than a billion impressions a day, and buyers can also reach it through OpenRTB.
Formats include desktop and mobile banners and popunders, mobile adhesion units, members-area placements, video pre-roll, pre-filled direct links and dating clicks; menu tabs and push are sold only in fixed-deal packages. Popunders need an extra permission first, granted after SMS verification and a compliance check of an example URL.
Where Adnium is strong
- Buying on price per view. Smart bidding lowers your price to just above the next bidder, and micro-bidding sets a different CPM for each zone.
- Packages with guaranteed delivery. Fixed deals and flash sales trade flexibility for a known volume at a known rate.
- Members-area traffic. Placements inside paysite member areas reach people who already pay for adult content, a distinction its help centre explains.
- Plain answers. The help centre states its limits instead of leaving you to find them, for example that retargeting is not supported.
What changes when the destination is a Telegram channel
Adnium’s destination rules ask for a URL that works and loads within five seconds, and forbid thin or under-construction pages, pages that require a login to view content, and rotating landing pages. Since 2025 it also asks advertisers to self-certify that explicit landing pages reachable from the UK carry age verification. Telegram links are not mentioned either way, so ask support before you point a campaign at one.
On a CPM network the distance between what you pay for and what you want is the longest: you pay for the impression, and someone still has to click, land, open Telegram and join. Work out the cost per member before you judge the source.

Compare them on cost without trusting either of us
Give every source its own named invite link: open your channel’s profile, then Edit, Invite Links, create a new link and name it after the source. Telegram lets admins see who joined through each link (Telegram’s own note on named links). Send Adnium traffic through one of them and divide what you spent by the joins it produced. TeleBoost joins are counted by our bot from inside the channel, so the same division works for us.
Then look again a week later. The number that decides is not the join count but how many of those people are still there and opening your posts, and that you can read in your own channel statistics without asking either of us.
When to keep using Adnium
Keep Adnium when you know your numbers and want to buy views at volume, or lock in a fixed deal on placements that already work for your offer.
For a Telegram channel, a CPM buy is the longest route to a member. If you test it, do it next to a small TeleBoost order and compare cost per member after a week.
Test it with 100 members for €10
Our public counter at /live/ shows 96,049 net members delivered since 16 June 2026, and 35 completed campaigns. Getting there took 329,280 joins, because most people who join during delivery leave again within days: that replacement is the part we pay for, and the reason we never quote the bigger number as if it were the result (read on 3 October 2026).

Does Adnium allow Telegram links as a destination?
Its acceptable-use policy does not mention Telegram either way. It does require destinations that load within five seconds and do not require a login to view content, so ask Adnium support how a t.me link would be reviewed before you deposit.
Does Adnium sell clicks?
Its site and help centre describe CPM buying: flat or smart bids, per-zone bids, fixed deals and flash sales. Cost per click is not offered there as a buying model.
Does TeleBoost bill per impression?
No. You pay a fixed price per package and get a net increase in members, counted from where your channel started. Impressions and clicks do not enter into it.
