Choose PopAds when
You want raw popunder volume at a price you set, can work with sparse public documentation, and like that unspent balance can be withdrawn.
Choose TeleBoost when
The destination is your adult Telegram channel and you want people in it, paid per member who joined, with delivery you can follow on a public page.
This comparison is written by TeleBoost, which sells members for adult Telegram channels, so read it as one side of the table. What it says about PopAds comes from PopAds’ own public pages, read on 3 October 2026 and listed at the bottom. We do not quote PopAds’ prices: they change, and a stale figure would be our mistake, not theirs.
What PopAds is
PopAds is a popunder specialist on the market since 2010. Its own pages disagree on who owns it: its terms name PopAds International Limited of Ras al Khaimah, its FAQ names Tomksoft S.A. of Costa Rica. Advertisers set a maximum bid per thousand popunders, and a higher bid buys faster and better traffic; PrimeSpot bids only on visitors who have not seen a PopAds popunder in the last hour.
Most of its rules live in its API reference rather than on public policy pages. There, every campaign must declare whether its landing page contains adult content, and traffic is sorted into valid, proxy and junk, which can all be bought, and bot traffic, which it says it never sells. Campaigns are usually approved within 24 hours, and unspent funds can be withdrawn at any time.
Where PopAds is strong
- You set the price. A bid per thousand popunders, a smart-bid mode, and PrimeSpot for visitors who have not just seen another popunder.
- Withdrawable balance. PopAds says unspent funds can be withdrawn at any time, which keeps a test low-commitment.
- Detailed filters in the API. Categories, countries and regions, languages, OS, browser, screen resolution, device, connection, ISP, IP lists, schedule, website lists, a minimum website quality rating, frequency caps.
- Traffic labelled by quality. Valid, proxy and junk traffic are separate choices, and bot traffic is never sold, by its own account.
What changes when the destination is a Telegram channel
PopAds publishes no advertiser content policy that we could find: the adult flag on each campaign’s landing page and a public abuse-report form are what there is. It says nothing about Telegram links as a destination, and its public pages document no conversion tracking or postback, so ask before you deposit how you would see which popunders turned into joins.
A popunder opens your link in a new tab behind the page the visitor was on. On a t.me page, joining is still their decision, made whenever they find the tab.
PopAds and TeleBoost side by side
| PopAds | TeleBoost | |
|---|---|---|
| You pay for | Popunders, at a maximum bid per thousand that you set; smart-bid mode and PrimeSpot. Prepaid, unspent balance withdrawable. | A net increase in members, counted from your channel's starting count. People who leave during delivery are replaced at our cost until the number is reached. |
| How a person reaches your channel | Clicks something on a website, finds your t.me page opened in a new tab, taps Join. | Already inside Telegram, in an adult channel we run. Your channel shows up in a shared chat folder and joining is one tap: no landing page, no app to install. |
| Your work | A landing URL with the adult flag, bids, targeting and website lists, your own tracking. | Add the bot to your channel as admin (it never asks for a password), then keep posting. |
| What gets measured | Popunders delivered, in its statistics; no postback documented publicly. Joins show up on your invite link. | A bot inside your channel counts every join and every leave, every day. If you opt in, the campaign gets a public page with the day-by-day table. |
| Targeting | Category, country and region, language, OS, browser, device, connection, ISP, IP, schedule, website lists, quality rating. | No country targeting: Telegram exposes the language an app is set to, not where its owner lives. You see the language mix of who actually arrived. |
| Adult content | Adult landing pages are declared per campaign in its API; no public advertiser content policy. | Built for adult channels and groups. 18+ only, nothing illegal. |
| Smallest test | A minimum deposit applies; see its FAQ. | 100 members for €10, plus a small payment fee at checkout. Packages run up to 25,000 members for €750. |
Compare them on cost without trusting either of us
Give every source its own named invite link: open your channel’s profile, then Edit, Invite Links, create a new link and name it after the source. Telegram lets admins see who joined through each link (Telegram’s own note on named links). Send PopAds traffic through one of them and divide what you spent by the joins it produced. TeleBoost joins are counted by our bot from inside the channel, so the same division works for us.
Then look again a week later. The number that decides is not the join count but how many of those people are still there and opening your posts, and that you can read in your own channel statistics without asking either of us.
When to keep using PopAds
Keep PopAds when you want cheap popunder volume, set your own price and handle tracking yourself; a withdrawable balance makes a small test easy to walk away from.
For an adult Telegram channel, count the joins on a named invite link and compare them, a week later, with a 100-member TeleBoost order.
Test it with 100 members for €10
Our public counter at /live/ shows 96,049 net members delivered since 16 June 2026, and 35 completed campaigns. Getting there took 329,280 joins, because most people who join during delivery leave again within days: that replacement is the part we pay for, and the reason we never quote the bigger number as if it were the result (read on 3 October 2026).

Does PopAds accept adult advertisers?
Its public pages do not say so in words, but its API requires every campaign to declare whether its landing page contains adult content, and its FAQ accepts adult publisher sites when the content is legal. Ask PopAds before you deposit.
Does PopAds track conversions?
No conversion tracking or postback is documented on its public pages. A campaign can carry a prefetch URL when it points to your own tracker.
Is a popunder the same as a member?
No. A popunder is a tab opened in front of someone; a member is a person who joined your channel. TeleBoost charges for the second, counted net from where your channel started.
No password, ever
The bot goes into your channel as admin in one tap, permissions already set, and you stay the owner. Never a password, never a login code: anyone asking for those wants the channel, not your growth.
Real 18+ users
Members come from adult Telegram channels we operate ourselves, so they already follow this kind of content.
Net target guarantee
We keep delivering until your channel reaches the full increase you bought, counted from where it started. Departures during delivery do not reduce your order.
